Kelly McShane Builders has been established since 1991. Throughout this time we have worked closely with a number of select architects on a variety of refurbishment / building projects both residential and commercial. We are proud to say that all our jobs to date have been gained through personal recommendation.

One client has used our services on four different building contracts. One of these projects featured in the February edition of ‘Grand Designs’. The article, entitled ‘Shop Talk’, describes the challenge of converting a ground floor shop into an extended kitchen space for the three storey family home above. This included opening up and extending the basement (photographs supplied).

One of more unusual projects has been the conversion of a listed building in Notting Hill into a state-of-the-art nursery school. All the demands of a project of this type were again met with professionalism and sensitivity (photographs supplied).
